Able to deal with Individuals/ Corporate / VIP Clients
Responsible for Renewals and New Business.
Strong ability to Price individual and standalone policies
Regular visits for Clients
Day to day management of Clients' portfolio
Generation of certificates
Generation of courier
Claims opening
Generation of endorsements
Motor Claims preparation
Claims closures and after sales follow up with ability to maintain customer satisfaction
Responsible for issuing the different stand-alone policies during the year.
Strong customer services skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong Cross selling techniques
Excellent Follow up skills
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
