- Min 3-5yrs of exp dealing with medical business
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
- Assist clients with the medical renewals
- Assist clients with their claims and resolve them
- Act as focal point between hospitals, TPAs, and insurance companies before providing the client with a solution
- Work closely with insurance companies to investigate claims, determine coverage, and negotiate settlement amounts
- Follow up on documents and paper work on a daily basis
- Provide regular reports and feedback

- Provide client support, answering their phone calls and claims, and keep them well informed about the status of their claims, including providing updates on claim investigations, settlements, and payments
