  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Dealing with service providers: electricity, generators, building management services, cleaning...
  • Assisting with office layout planning and office moves
  • Dealing with architectural companies concerning office design
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Other office management duties


Min Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 5+years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
