  • Conduct research to identify and locate new potential leads, markets and customer needs
  • Investigate business activity and industry trends and competition
  • Develop a growth and sustainable strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Connect with prospective clients to establish rapport and arrange business meetings
  • Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial; evaluating options: resolving internal priorities
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Assist in site selection for stores of an appropriate size in the most effective locations
  • Develop and maintain concepts for different markets
  • Design a store layout and prototypes which give smooth and effective flow with optimized space
  • Attend conferences, networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings as well as any other assigned or recommended events
  • Network with business people and investors in order to establish potential business ventures and opportunities.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare franchise and distribution/sales contracts adherence to law and company established rules and guidelines
  • Provide meeting reports, trustworthy feedback, and after-sales support to directors
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners


  • BS Degree from a reputable university
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies 
  • Conflict Management skills
