Job Title: Application Support Specialist
Provide high level application support to the insurance Travel business. Work with IT and business operations to assess systems information needs and correspond with internal teams and clients to ensure resolution of key issues. Play an active role in the maintenance of key business systems across various platforms.
JOB ROLE
- Serve as third level support for Travel Applications and integration
- Work with clients and IT team to research and resolve problems
- Identify recurring issues and provide solutioning to prevent future occurrences
- Monitor application performance and develop recommendations for corrections and improvements
- Develop training material, knowledge base articles, and support documentation for the clients
- As required, coordinate activities with IT support staff and operations management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computer, IT, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Advanced skills mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
- 2 years’ experience working with end clients and providing production support
- Experience in the Insurance industry preferred
